Sunset last night on Mirielle, in the Croatian islands. My words cannot do justice to the majesty and beauty of the sky.
A natural beauty that puts all else into perspective. The sun, the moon, the sea, the forest the desert, all of us can get into nature and slow down the rhythm of life. Cut out the noise of the manmade world and just be.
The answers you seek will come when you do this and you let them flow. As for you, try just sitting and looking at the beauty, be it sunset or another wonder of nature. Feel your breath go in and out and don't try to be or do anything....
