I took this last night, swinging gently at anchor as the sunset over this beautiful small bay in Croatia. I had in my mind the politics and terrorism of the last few days/ weeks/months/ years and reflected not just on how lucky I was but also on just how important it is for all of us to live for today.
To truly live this life so that if our time should come unexpectedly we can die without saying " if only"
Our time is a precious gift yet many of us waste it watching mindless soaps , reading celebrity gossip or fiddling with social media.
My life used to be one I did not enjoy, I had stopped liking both it and myself, it had become more of an endurance test. Luckily I woke up and created a different life, the one I am living now. I became the architect of my life, not a passenger of my life.
Stop and think- where are you?
If you are in the same place I was then why not begin to take back the helm of your life? Change your course, build a life worth living.

The time for change is now, not tomorrow, for that never comes.
