Feeling Grateful for the Rhythm of the sea, for this gift of life.

Delivering our ocean going retreat to Montenegro. Three days sailing night and day, reminding me of the beauty and power of nature. My body fell back into a natural rhythm, the rhythm of the sea which I love.

We arrived here at 0200 this morning , and marvelled at this world , this life .

My heart is overflowing with gratitude.

7 years ago I had lost everything, and had a £400k debt. Its was then I realised what happiness really was.
